It takes a village to run the 57th Street Art Fair. Every year more than 100 dedicated, engaged, community-minded, and fun volunteers step up to make the two-day event happen! Join us!

Volunteers age 16 and up are needed in all areas of 57th Street Art Fair operations, including information booth staff, artist booth sitter, load-in crew, load-out crew, children's activity staff, photographer, and more.
All volunteers receive a free 2025 57th Street Art Fair t-shirt!

High school and college students, ages 16 years and up, are needed to work on the art fair crew! This is a paid position.
A willingness to jump in and help where needed is required. Shifts vary, but block out time to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday (Friday 4-8:30pm; Saturday 8am - 6pm and Sunday 9am-7pm).
You will help with setting up/breaking down the fair headquarters, information booths, seating areas; moving boxes, supplies, tents and chairs; in addition to staffing information booths, entry gates and booth sitting.
